My Restful Mind was set up to to offer support to anyone experiencing sleep difficulties and problems with anxiety and depression.
Sleep
Sleep is a fundamental need for all animals including human beings. Insomnia and sleep problems are prevalent in modern society. In recent years people have been getting less and less sleep. Lots of health problems are linked to poor sleep and anxiety and depression often impact on our ability to sleep well. When our sleep suffers it affects our whole physical and mental being. My Restful Mind is here to help with evidence based therapy specifically designed to tackle sleep problems. To get you back to sleeping better and subsequently getting your life back to normal.

Anxiety and depression are commonly experienced by many people. One in four people will experience anxiety and depression at any one time. People tend not to talk about their mental health so it is under-reported. To support people experiencing anxiety and depression My Restful Mind offers evidence based therapy that is effective in treating these common mental health problems to get you back to living life to the full.
