Therapy Offered
At My Restful Mind, I offer therapies designed to address sleep problems and mental health concerns and support people to find mental wellbeing, using an array of therapeutic techniques including National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommended evidence based treatments.
Sleep Therapy: I have a wealth of experience of working with people who have difficulties with their sleep. I use a mix of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to improve sleep quality and quantity as well as straightforward tips and ideas. I may also include hypnotherapy techniques. I take a collaborative approach so that each person has input into their treatment and it is tailored to their specific needs. I start with a comprehensive assessment to determine the best support for each person.
Anxiety and Depression: I offer support for those experiencing various common mental health difficulties using CBT as well as other modalities. My approach is person centred to give the best support to each individual. Collaboratively we can tailor your therapy to your needs.
