At My Restful Mind, I offer therapies designed to address mental health concerns and sleep difficulties and support people to find mental wellbeing, using therapeutic techniques including National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommended evidence based treatments.
I offer support for those experiencing various common mental health difficulties using CBT as well as other types of therapy such as hypnotherapy and counselling. It's a collaborative approach to give the best support for you. Together we can tailor your therapy to your needs. I always start with a comprehensive assessment to determine the best support for each person.
I have a wealth of experience of working with people who have difficulties with their sleep. I use a mix of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques to improve sleep quality and quantity as well as straightforward tips and ideas. I may also include hypnotherapy techniques. I take a collaborative approach so that each person has input into their treatment and it is tailored to their specific needs.
