Booking:

If an appointment is booked online please be aware that you will require confirmation of the appointment, by email.  Until you have received this email, the appointment  is not confirmed.  Please book at least 48 hours in advance and allow 24 hours for a booking confirmation email.  If I need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you a replacement appointment as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds:, 

Sometimes things happen that mean you can't make a schedule appointment.  I request 48 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. I will reschedule with you as soon as possible should this happen. If you have given me 48 hours notice, have already paid in advance and do not wish to rebook I will refund your payment
